Karl-Franzens-Universität GrazDr. Saurer hält im Zuge des Universitätslehrgangs „LL.M. Wirtschaftsrecht“ gemeinsam mit Mag. Stanzenberger von Rabl und Partner die Lehrveranstaltung „Umgründungsrecht und Umgründungssteuerrecht“.
In 22 Unterrichtsstunden, wurde der Vortrag 2019 und 2021 geblockt abgehalten, die TeilnehmerInnen haben einen sehr praxisorientierten Einblick in die verschiedenen Umgründungsarten aus gesellschaftsrechtlicher und steuerrechtlicher Sicht erhalten. Der Stoff wurde anhand realer Umgründungsfälle erörtert, wobei die TeilnehmerInnen Strukturen von Verträgen, Umgründungstypen und deren Rechtsfolgen sowie steuerrechtliche Grundsätze kennenlernen konnten. Außerdem haben sie Zeitpläne für Umgründungsvorgänge samt den einzuhaltenden Fristen erhalten. Das Erlernte wurde bei der Bearbeitung kurzer Fallbeispiele in Form von Gruppenarbeiten gefestigt.
